The flying fear

 
I take my seat. I remember the windy whack back outside, when the wind blurted in my face as if it were green paint thrown at your face. I try making this flight a really enjoyable one.
The aeroplane transports to its place on the departure air strip, I hear the aeroplane's propellers roar in my ear.
We are off…
We are in the sky, 2000 feet above the ground and rising, rising as if it were a flood. Then all of a sudden the aisle lights between the seats start to blink as if they were gonna explode!!
I think we are about halfway to Australia. I've been studying the wings of the plane the whole trip, now they are rattling as if they were gonna fall off! Then the plane starts to drop, drop like a bird being shot out of the sky. We hit the ground with a great THUD!!!
I realise that we did not crash, we had just landed at the Brisbane airport.

Halloween

"No don't do it I don't want to die!" shouted my brother.

Ok, you're probably guessing that my brother is about to be murdered right, well he's not. We are playing a game called COPS AND ROBBERS! I'm battling my brother. I am holding this fake gun but you see my brother thinks it's a real gun. It is Halloween tonight and my brother my sister and I are going trick or treating! It's awesome because we get to ask people for lollies. I got a whole basket full once.

My brother is dressed up as a pirate, my sister is dressed as a witch and I am dressed as a vampire but this vampire costume is so itchy. At the first house I quickly raced up the door and knocked. I stood back and said to myself "trick or treat. What am I going to say if they ask for a trick, um?"

Suddenly the door swung open. "Yes?" asked a boy in a pink t-shirt and grey jeans. He looked about 12-13 years old. I sung "trick or treat, smell my feet, give me something nice to eat, if you don't, I don't care, turn around I see your underwear!"

This boy said "wow! Here have this bag of lollies." I stuffed the bag in my basket said "thank you" and raced down the path of the house laughing evilly "ha-ha."

When we arrived home Mum asked "did you use your manners?" "Yes" we all said smiling, walking slowly into our bedrooms …

The Big Ramp

There I was waiting for my turn then suddenly it was my turn.

I zoomed down the big ramp and jumped in mid air

Splat! I landed in the foam pit.

I quickly jumped out of the foam pit with my scooter and scooted away.

"Hi Jesse," I said. Have you been on the big ramp yet?"

"No I'm not a pro bro" said Jesse. "Do you want a race Gabriel?"

"All right on your marks get set go!"

Me and Jesse zoomed all over the place. "I'm the winner! I'm the winner!" I said.

Will

Dribble, dribble, dribble… as the sweat drips off Will's face. The hunters are shouting "dance monkey boy dance!!"

Nothing goes through Will's mind.

"DANCE!" says the hunter, getting angry but Will's too terrified to do what he says. The fear is running through Will's head like an electric zap.
